What are the differences between lattice LCD LCD and OLED display material?
Difference 1. Different lighting modes
The backlight group illumination is the main light emitting form of lattice LCD LCD display, while the pixel points of OLED screen are mainly powered on self-illumination. Each of the two lighting modes has its corresponding scene when using. LCD lattice liquid crystal is mainly used when the product does not need to display too much, while OLED is mostly used as the equipment with high display requirements due to its high unit price.
Difference 2. Different working mode
The pixels of dot matrix LCD operate in series mode, which means the integrated operation of pixel combination. It turns on or off at the same time when the light and dark of each pixel are well controlled. Under the OLED material, each pixel is separately controlled by its own circuit, which can turn on the required part without turning on the parallel control of other pixels.
Difference 3. The principle of power consumption is different
The main power consumption of the dot matrix LCD is used in the power supply of the backlight group, and the display of its own pixels can run without too much lighting. When the dot matrix LCD is separated from the backlight, it has a certain degree of demand and dependence on the lighting conditions, while the main power consumption of OLED material is used in the pixel itself, and its display and luminescence consume power at the same time.
